This app is awesome! Using this in combination with the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app has finally allowed us to offer local delivery to our customers fairly.
After spending hours going around in circles trying to make certain parts work, I finally reached out to support and they were SO incredibly helpful, even fixing some issues I hadn't realized were there!
Having quality support makes a big difference, and their support is top-notch!

The app is great, but their support is where they shine. I worked with Stephane on troubleshooting an issue that was preventing our customers from checking out. It turned out, it had nothing to do with their app and had to do with a third party app - even though this wasn't their area, they still researched it to pinpoint and isolated the issue. Great company and support!

I was able to get a hold of a representative very quickly to help me with my problem that I was having. Betty was extremely helpful, professional, accommodating and patient. She sent me all the screenshots told me what she was doing and continue to communicate with me while she was fixing the issue, I was having on my website with my pick up and delivery. I am very thankful for this app that I’m using. It has definitely helped me in more ways than one. Thanks again Betty for your amazing work.

This app makes delivery rates a breeze in my business. We offer local delivery, and charge for further distances. We're able to set a minimum, then charge per additional mile, with this app.
