The Zapiet apps are on the pricey side, but they offer the best functionality and customer service is great! We have tried other delivery and pickup apps, but Zapiet is the best fit for our needs. So for us, it's worth it!

App has gone down in our peak season, stopping sales whilst £1000's are being spent on advertisement, no notification of an issue when there clearly is, telephone line has no answer, so the only option is email. Considering how important this function is, especially when the margin between a sale & losing a customer is so small, you would think that they would have an easier route to raise immediate issues, rather than having to wait for a few hours for a response. Very disappointing....

Had a problem with managing Zip Codes and chatted with Marija in support. She was amazing! Explained everything in detail and also helped in troubleshooting the issue and fixing it. 5 starts just for customer service they offer. The app is great too.

Easy to use App with great customer support! I used this app to target free delivery rates for particular postal codes. It worked like a charm after some help from the support :) The support was prompt, provided clear instructions, and helped with resolving my issue within hours. Thank you so much for this great looking App that was straightforward to setup.

With Shopify not able to configure UK postcodes, this app and its advanced wildcard matching feature is perfect to make sure your delivery goes to the right postcode areas. The app is easy to understand and the support team were quick to respond and help with any assistance i required.
