Clunky. Not very straight forward. Support turnaround not quick as company help is on the other side of the world. Could be better.

Lamentamos lo ocurrido con el acceso a nuestra app. Hemos tratado de ponernos en contacto para poder resolver esta situación lo mas pronto posible. Seria posible que desinstalen la app, para luego volver a instalarla y así determinar si ocurre lo mismo de nuevo por favor?
