The app does not work as it should, definitely needs some improvements. Poor, unhelpful support. More reliable apps are available at the better price.

Apologies that the app did not meet your expectations fully. Our support team did respond to your initial query regarding the hiding of the timer with a video demonstration. As you stated you had uninstalled the app, we closed the ticket.

I initially gave 5 star but after using it for a while, 3 stars is the most I can give it. Good app but very limited and price is a bit high for just showing a timer. I offer next day delivery with a cut off time of 3pm for majority of customers in the uk. However there are a small number of areas in the UK where I cannot send orders next day, the timer cannot be adjusted for these customers and still shows next day delivery for them as well. Also international customers will also see message for next delivery which I don't offer. The app definitely needs improvement and if they can implement this change, it will definitely be a 5 star rated app and will be worth the money. As it is, it is not great and expensive. I am considering uninstalling the app.

Very useful and visually pleasing! Dan from their customer service team was extremely helpful and quick in resolving an issue I had with the app.

I got the basic timer setup and running within two minutes. Took a bit longer to exclude some products and I'm now working on bank holiday settings. Overall very good.

Very easy to set up. I love the look and feel of the app. It makes my store look more deluxe and well branded. I highly recommend it.

Worked fine till the free trial was over. After the billing the estimate date doesn´t show on my product pages anymore?! Can someone help please.

Hope you are well. I don’t see any support tickets for your store so other than what you have said in the review, I’m not entirely sure what the issue is.

All I can guess at this point is that you don’t have the “show timer past cutoff” enabled. Please enable that and see if the timer is visible.

It worked well no problem but there was no free plan so regretfully had to uninstall. They have updated me to say they are working on a free plan though.

Our free plan is for trial stores and development stores to get up and running (as mentioned in the pricing). We cover that server charge for free! For live stores, it’s just a tiny monthly fee to cover server costs. It can help merchant’s customers get the answers they need and increase revenue dramatically, we have even proven this with case studies!
