A great app for anyone who wants full control over their collection layout. The sorting options are a game changer – especially the ability to push Out of Stock products to the bottom automatically. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using this app since November, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It has significantly improved how we operate and enhance our store on a daily basis.

The interface is very user-friendly, and the range of features gives us a lot of flexibility to experiment and optimize. The product keeps getting better over time, with regular updates that clearly reflect user feedback.

Also, the support team is outstanding, always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we reach out.

Definitely recommend giving it a try!

App is having issues with pushing new collections. Their support chat button does not work. Their onboarding team cancels their meetings at the last min. I am paying a good amount of money for an app that seems to be hardly functioning and has no support.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. That’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have.

Regarding the onboarding meeting, it unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to an emergency conflict on our side. A rebooking link was sent so we could find a new time as quickly as possible, but I completely understand how last-minute changes can be frustrating especially with a limited time frame due to the timezone difference and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

We also want to make sure the issues you mentioned are resolved promptly. We are here to help and would appreciate if you could email more specifics of the issue to us at support@depict.ai. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into these with you and get everything working as expected.

I uninstalled the application because it was too expensive for my store.

The point I would like to point out is that although I have uninstalled the app the watermark continues to be present.

I'm sorry regarding the watermark - I suspect it is showing because the Depict version of your collection template is still active, and you can remove it by switching back to your original collection template from the Shopify Collection view.

Been using Depict for about a month and loving how easy it is to set automated rules and pins for collection merchandising. This is going to save us tons of hours next year in merchandising. And for the cost...it's a no-brainer.

Depict is an application that simplifies and optimises our merchandising.

I've been using it for 2 weeks now, it seems like I know little about it, but from the first minute it was so easy to implement and use for our communication plans that I'm pretty sure I can say we'll continue to use it.
We had a small bug in the code and within 10 minutes support helped me and fixed everything.

I also had a call with Axel who gave us some good advice and showed us some more features (Thank you Axel!).

I am sure that anyone could use Depict in their communication plan and e-commerce!

We've been using this app for a while now, and it has transformed the way we run our store. The interface is clean and intuitive.The features are very well-designed, efficient, and keep evolving to meet our growing needs. We primarily use Depict's merchandise functionality and content cards, and we're extremely happy with how it improves our store. The content cards allow us to highlight blog posts and events in a way that wasn’t possible before, creating a engaging way to showcase our content.

Although Shopify's built-in merchandising tools are limited, Depict has made it significantly easier to display our products in a more dynamic and visually appealing way, this creates a flow of products that are more profitable for us.

And last but not least, the way they work with us as a customer is amazing. Whether it's helping us immediately with any issue or brainstorming new feature ideas, their support is always responsive and collaborative. We couldn't be more pleased with what Depict has done for our business!
