Despatch Bay has been a game-changer for our business. We absolutely love using it! It’s incredibly easy to link with our store and makes sending out our orders a breeze. Plus, the rates are very competitive, which is important for a small business like ours. And if we ever need any help or support, their customer service team is always on hand to assist us. Overall, we can’t recommend Despatch Bay highly enough!
I had no intentions of swapping from my previous courier but due to the rates on offer from Despatch Bay, the extra cover and ability to drop the items off meant I couldn't say no.
Tom was quick with getting my account up and running and shipping the labels takes no training, it's simply a case of topping up your credit balance, a few clicks and then you have a label.
