Unfortunately, my experience is still below expectations. While some efforts were made after I raised concerns, the service continues to face technical issues, delays, and operational problems that have affected my business. I truly hope to see more reliable improvements and better consistency moving forward.
What a pain to install and make this app work, even DHL own people cannot figure out, such shame on a giant organization.
