For those who wish to use DHL and their app, beware:

DHL has always been, and always will be a rubbish company with incompetent management. Using underhand and backdoor tactics is and always will be part of their SOP

3 times we tried them, 3 times they scammed us. Totally rigid, and refused to help in any way.

First time, remote area surcharge applied, and I wasn't informed in advance.
2nd time, we got charged for 1kg weight for an item less than 100g, refused to waive after we explain.

Now, overseas customer refuse to receive our parcel, and you tell me you cannot dispose at site and we need to bear the return cost. At least FedEx will let us dispute the charge.

Conclusion:
Hopeless, incompetent, stubborn, and useless.

Works great! Saves a lot of time using this app. Print all labels in DHL's portal.
Recommended for DHL Express customers!
