Es ist eine echt tolle und einfach APP die aktuell alle Produkte außer Nachnahme unterstützt.
Wenn Probleme auftraten wurde innerhalb eines Tages geholfen.
Die App wird stetig weiterentwickelt und hat sich zuletzt im Interface bei den Einstellungen und der Ausführung verbessert.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App. Wir können alle Labels in einem Schritt erstellen, die Rückinfo an shopify funktionert 100%. Durch ein Update funktionierte ein feature nicht, nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem Support wurde das Problem sehr zeitnah behoben. Top

I use this app on a regular basis but have had som eissues here and there. The issues have been taken care of right away. I t is very easy to use and easy to navigate.
Vom Ablauf her muss man sich erst etwas dran gewöhnen. Der Support ist aber schnell und sehr hilfreich!
Wir können die App jedem empfehlen der auch die ersten Schritte Richtung Automatisierung gehen möchte!

Update: DHL hat innerhalb einer Stunde reagiert und erklärt wie das Problem in den Einstellungen zu ändern ist. Danke! Lösung: Daher empfehle ich Ihnen die Einstellungen unter Shopify -> Apps -> Post & DHL Shipping -> DHL Konten -> DHL Paket -> Etikettendruckeinstellungen auf Etikettendrucker einzustellen. Dann erhalten Sie nur mehr das Label optimiert für den Label Drucker. Bitte vergessen Sie noch auf Speichern zu drücken. _____________________________________
ich nutze täglich die DHL Shipping APP in Verbindung mit meinem Shopify Account.
Von gestern auf heute hat sich die Druckformatierung geändert. Wenn Sie viele Labels gleichzeitig drucken wollen und unten auf 'Versandaufkleber drucken' klicken wurde bisher ein Label Pro Seite in der PDF Datei erstellt. Seit heute morgen ist die Druckformatierung geändert! Es werden nun 2 Labels auf einer Seite positioniert. Das hat nichts mit meinen Druckeinstellungen zu tun. Egal welchen unserer 4 Drucker ich auswähle, oder die Versandaufkleber sogar nur herunterlade. Immer das gleich Bild mit 2 Labeln auf einer Seite. Leider lässt sich das so nicht brauchbar ausdrucken. D.h. ich muss jedes Label einzeln drucken! Das dauert 50x so lange!!
Bitte Entschuldigen Sie die Änderung, aber Sie haben nun die Möglichkeit aus einigen Formaten direkt in der App zu wählen, der Support hat Ihnen bereits direkt eine Hilfestellung zukommen lassen.
Eine sehr praktische App, der Support ist ebenfalls super.
Allerdings könnte die Bedienung noch etwas intuitiver gestaltet sein.

We first tried the App (see our review below). After a view weeks we have to change the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. The reason is the app has massive bugs and is not really tested in any way. Examples?
- The address additional field (flat, room number, etc.) which can be inputted in shopify is simply not shown on the label - this alone makes the app unusable for all!
- You can only generate shipping labels if you have already fulfilled the order - makes absolute no sense. There are cases when for example a house number is missing or a zip code is wrong... then you have a fulfilled order which can not be sent!
- If you print the DHL labels over the app they come in an unordered form meaning not sorted by order number - this means you have to play a memory game with the invoices and DHL labels matching both.
- You want to generate a second label for the same parcel if for example the parcel came back to your office? not with this app: if you try to generate a second label the app simply says "label generated" and shows you the old label...
The app is also not created by DHL itself but a company named https://www.vilango.com - this company did also the former app and also a app for Deutsche post (which also has close to 1 ratings here). I mean really? DHL you can´t really do any better here? That it is possible shows a app by another external programmer here which has 5 stars....
Really disappointed so far agin here by DHL and vilango!

The app is way better then all the other stuff the DHL development team published the last years. We used several developments of DHL and not one was close to be used in a production environment due to bugs, missing functions etc. This app is ok so far but missing also some functions - the most important: The order of the created DHL labels which print out is random! It is sorted by DHL Tracking number - which makes no sense at all. It must be sorted by shopify order ID as the orders print out this way on shopify or an ERP. I think this is clearly a lack of experience of the DHL team. There are other points to mention but this is the most critical. Thanks!
I integrated the app to prepare & print labels for shipping. Overall, it's quite convenient and saves a lot of time. In few clicks you can print your label, which is very nice. Challenging was the integration of the Beilegeretoure for us, which could not be integrated for some reasons. Lengthy conversations between DHL Shipping App and the DHL Sales Team eventually solved the issue.
Die App ist sehr gut. Bei der Einrichtung hatte ich anfangs mit der Retoureneinbindung Probleme. Der Support hat mich hier schnell und kompetent unterstützt. Nun können die Kunden die Retourenlabel bei Bedarf selber erstellen, ein Mehrwert für den Shop.

Kurzum, die App ist super!
Für nationalen DHL Paketversand und Warenpost International einfach eine gute Lösung – und zudem konstenfrei.
Bei der Einrichtung der Internetmarke gab es ein kleines technisches Problem, welches jedoch in Rekordzeit vom sensationellen Kundenservice behoben worden ist. Vielen Dank dafür!
