Diginius: Microsoft Shopping

I have had this app for months now and it has never worked like it was supposed to. For the last three months it failed to submit any of my products to Microsoft daily and was only corrected by submitting them manually each day, which I am still doing. I ask for a refund for the three months that this did not work and the devleloper just gave me the run around, then quit responding. This app should be removed from the Shopify App Store.

Be warned - this app has a ludicrously hard to understand interface that makes no sense whatsoever. I went to delete products from what I thought was a feed and it deleted the products completely from my store! Cost me hours and hours of dev time and difficulties resyncing various integrations we have. An absolute shambles of a plugin and shouldn't be allowed on the app store.
