This is exactly what I needed for my shop. I had a few questions, which were answered really fast. They told me, that the cheapest plan would be enough for me, which was very helpful. All in all, it's good to know, that there is a friendly and helpful support.

This app worked out well for what I was looking for. Customer services is excellent and very friendly. Contacted them via Chat and Will was very helpful answering to all my questions and concerns quickly. I do highly recommend this app. Fast installation and easy to use. Massive Monkey's Digital Download Assets app is the only one I am aware of that offers the ability to include a download link on the checkout page and prevents download for orders that don't pass credit approval. Bottom line is that this app works. It's easy to set up, easy to create products, and easy to manage. It's also fairly priced. I've used SendOwl and Fetch and have never been impressed enough with either to pay their inflated monthly rates for such a basic eCommerce store feature. More importantly, their team is 100% responsive and have even implemented a few suggestions I had for them to improve the app. They listen and that's gold. Highly recommended.

This is a superb app. I took some time to explore various options and this one is by far my favorite. It offers a multitude of possibilities, including an impressive PDF stamping feature. Furthermore, their customer support is swift and efficient. I highly recommend it.

Great app, easy to use. The team at DDA helped me put together a custom plan for my specific store needs. There were one or two things to sort out, but their customer service and support was quick, responsive, and on top of things. I'm now officially a Massive Monkey fan.

I was looking for a solution for multiple PDFs attached to one product. I read a ton of reviews on DDA- Digital downloads before trying it out and I was not disappointed! I was able to install and get it set up myself easily. When I did encounter an issue I couldn't resolve I just used the chat feature and William was awesome! He helped me install some code for order downloads, setup my custom email so that my emails come from that email and we chatted about some featured I would love to see come soon! I also love how detailed the help docs are and with videos. Makes it easy to get things started myself. Thank you for the great support!
