I was looking for a solution for multiple PDFs attached to one product. I read a ton of reviews on DDA- Digital downloads before trying it out and I was not disappointed! I was able to install and get it set up myself easily. When I did encounter an issue I couldn't resolve I just used the chat feature and William was awesome! He helped me install some code for order downloads, setup my custom email so that my emails come from that email and we chatted about some featured I would love to see come soon! I also love how detailed the help docs are and with videos. Makes it easy to get things started myself. Thank you for the great support!

This is a superb app. I took some time to explore various options and this one is by far my favorite. It offers a multitude of possibilities, including an impressive PDF stamping feature. Furthermore, their customer support is swift and efficient. I highly recommend it.

Great experience so far! Set up has been very clear and easy. The support team is fantastic for any specific questions. Very excited to see how this boosts our business online!
We used the app for the very first time and set up a "pre-order release" for just over a thousand orders. It CRASHED the server. Customers received emails leading them to a 503 error. This is our first experience with a 5-star rated app, resulting in the worst tech service we've seen in three years of our business. FIX IT!
UPDATE: Changed the review to 3 stars from 1 star. Because the team fixed the issue within one hour. Worse can happen. Now we just need to deal with the aftermath of this incident (thousands of support emails).

This is the unfortunate nature of software; they do have downtimes occasionally. Even the biggest tech giants in the world, including Shopify itself, have downtimes. We do try our best to make all of our merchants happy and address everything in the fastest possible way. We did try our best with instant support for your team and reassurance while fixing the problem itself.

Terrific customer support from William. I had an issue with the PDF stamping functionality, William dealt with the issue swiftly and confirmed that it was working. He tested from his side and gave me time to test the function too.
