I had a problem downloading the files but
William Suton was really great. He helped me for over a week and came up with solutions. When I was about to give up he came up with a new idea and that turned out to be the solution! Really great. So happy that my website is working great again and I can now sell my products without worries.

I honestly forgot to write a review a long time ago, but yesterday night (saturday) there was an issue regarding the downloads themselves, which obviously is a big issue. Slow customer support, it does the job for 1 product and do like the interface, but when tried to apply to a bundle did not work.

I run a pretty busy digital download website and recently switched from Shopify's Digital Downloads app to Fileflare.
