Customer service is fast and friendly. While I've had very few issues (mostly my error) they are super quick to reply and walk me through the issue/resolution.

The contact support it is really great! I had an issue with a digital product which was not even related to the Big digital downloads products, but Theo really helped me resolving it. Really recommend this app!

I recommend this app if you're interested in selling digital downloads directly to fans. It allows me to do a soft release of my music via Shopify weeks before major outlets release it on their platforms for streaming etc. I would also like to mention that customer service was available every time I had an issue... and that part was critical because again, this method of distribution is new to me. - Two Thumbs Up-

This app has been pretty much self explanatory to set up. Clear and straight forward all the way. As a newbie to creating digital downloads I had done some researcch but I needed a bit of help with a few things related to the exact settings of this app. The super fast personal response has been really great and put my mind at rest. it's amazing. I learned how to make a digital product in less than 10 minutes. Theo from digital products was amazing. He helped me really fast to verify my store, and he is very very sweet.

This app actually works when sending files to people and I can actually put it in my checkout page unlike the original shopify downloads app. Their support was pretty fast and helped me with what I needed. Definitely the best app for this right now.

App works very well would highly recommend but every once in a while it doesn't fulfill orders or is delayed so you have to fulfill manually. Still worth it.

They are fast in solving any issues that I have, there app are responsive, if i want to work on any other Shopify store, there app will be mandatory for me to use, thanks very much for helping me.
