What a absolute amazing App So easy to use and navigate your way round. Adding my digital files was super easy even when I needed a few more GB for my video file it was no problem they made it happen.
I highly recommend these guys, as nothing is to much bother so helpful especially for someone not very technically minded like me. *** Very reasonably priced too.

Hands down the best key and file sender in the market. It sure needs a few features in it so it can be perfect, like making keys available again if the order was not paid/expired, and also the integration with the amazing new shopify account pages. But hey, their support is stellar with Leo and Mateo always helping me out and being so friendly. I have no regrets at all. Go for it.

Léo at BIG DD is great, very personable and helpful with new players to the eCommerce world. I like the simplicity and guided steps even as a techie. I look forwards to working with him and BIG DD going forwards.

So far so good! I was looking for an easier way to provide digital products to my customers and Hopefully this is it! Mateo was excellent via Chat as I'm still in the process of uploading products but he reassured me if I had any issues to contact them directly. Great Customer service! Thank you!

Incredibly fast and extremely pleasant customer support. Nothing was wrong, I just had a few questions. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service is quick and responsive and very helpful haven't used it that long but so far so good.
