Very good app!
However, a few important features are still missing, such as filtering customers who have not downloaded the file. These customers could request a refund simply because they overlooked the email. With many orders, we have to constantly click through the lists to find these customers.
An automation feature would be even better. If a customer has not downloaded the file after x days, they receive a reminder.
Otherwise, really good!

App works very well would highly recommend but every once in a while it doesn't fulfill orders or is delayed so you have to fulfill manually. Still worth it.

Je suis très satisfaite de l'application. Interface intuitive et facile d'utilisation. J'ai eu besoin d'aide à un certain moment et Theo m'a offert un service à la clientèle de première qualité ! La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles, c'est que j'aurais aimé offrir mes vidéos à l'écoute seulement sans possibilité de téléchargement. Theo m'a assuré que l'équipe travaillait à l'amélioration de l'application et que la suggestion serait faite à l'équipe pour cette fonctionnalité. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !

Great app for its monthly subscription (cheapest one)! Highly recommend for anyone who has a lot of ideas pertaining endless digital products!

" update " - Got a reply from programmer, and helpful in trying to fix the issues. For that I give high rating, and will update the comment once the problems are fixed. Since still paid for the function. Just installed the app, has potential, but encountered few issues and can't seem to get a response from support. 1. Can't save setting
2. Can't download file via email link
3. File size too big also hangs
