I am writing this review early as I have had an extremely pleasurable experience so far.
From the moment I installed the app to this very moment. Everything has been seamless.

I contacted their customer support to get my store verified. I was met with the most polite and helpful assistant Theo. I can highly recommend this app just on customer service alone.

I am currently in the process of uploading multiple file types to one product which I was unable to do with the previous app I was using.

Working really well so far! Support was quick to help us with setting up the app. Keep up the good work :)

The app is super easy to use/setup and the founder is very helpful! I'm glad I chose this app over the other ones.

Overall, this app has worked great. I recently had a issue and used their chat help. Leo, their founder, was awesome in his patience in helping me resolve this small issue. Definitely an app with excellent customer service!!

I've been using the BIG Digital Downloads app for getting downloads of my movie and music to customers, and it's been really excellent. It was easy to set up, and it has worked exactly as I wanted it to. Zero complaints really. In addition, their customer service has ben excellent, and even pro-active. And it's a real person I've dealt with each time! So, yeah, very high marks on every level here. If you need to have an interface for your digital products to be downloaded by your customer upon purchase, look no further than this app!
