The app is reliable and user friendly. I had a couple of questions, which got answered really fast. I appreciated getting helped by a person instead of a chatbot. Also, we ended up making the experience even better for my customers, which I didn't know was possible. 10/10 recommend.
I haven't had much cause to bother support but whenever I have done so I have had excellent service from very friendly staff.
