I'm using this app to try out products users can download. It integrated easily with my Shopify site and most importantly their support has been super helpful even though we're not a paid account yet. Thank you Michael for helping set up a branded email template!!!

This app works smoothly, and great customer service. I've had no problems so far. I only have one ebook for sale, but as I grow my digital library I plan to stay with UpLinky.

I only sell digital downloads so the quality of a download app is critical. This app has allowed me to create a seamless and customized journey for my customers. I'm always worried when I get a new app - afraid of what lies ahead when it comes to customization and customer service. But, this app? It's far exceeded my expectations. Michael is phenomenal and timely and (ahem) patient when it comes to helping me help my customers. Thank you, Michael, for giving me the BEST APP I use!

Awesome app! It allows you to have multiple files for each variant of the product listing. You can have a base file that is on all variants. You can import existing products from Shopify. You can make the files available on the order confirmation page instantly as well! And customer service is amazing! Michael added on a download button that matched my store theme into my customers purchase history so they can always access their downloads! Super fast response time as well!

This app works great and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend. They returned my emails within the same day and helped me customize a template to meet the needs of my store. They went above and beyond helping me with my set up. It's very easy to use and the customers have been very happy with their experience as well.

If I could give this app 10 stars, I would. Easily the best app and customer service experience I've had so far on Shopify. The app itself is a dream for adding digital downloads to products. It's easy to use and understand, with lots of options that were important to me such as 1) using links instead of uploading files; 2) being able to edit the titles of downloads; 3) and making downloads available at checkout. But what really blew me away was Michael's support. He went above and beyond to make my downloads both look AND function exactly as I wanted. He was quick, responsive, collaborative, and genuinely willing and happy to make ANYTHING work. If you need to deliver digital files to customers, don't bother testing out the other apps. This one is a true gem!

App is brilliant - does everything it says it will. Better yet, the customer service is outstanding.

The app works, it's easy to use, and the tech support provided for a problem that was not of their making was exemplary. Truly an amazing company.

Have used for 2 days so far and it has been great. No problems. Works exactly like it says it would. On the free plan, and support are very contactable and have made some minor adjustments for me like store logo in email template without any hassle at all. Thank you.
