How can I reach out to the developers? Shopify is stating the app is unsupported now.

I need help understanding the problem with getting such a review rate. I'm delighted with this plugin; it's working perfectly and doing my desired job. I highly recommend it. I hope to get it supported and updated in the long term.

I don't know why this app has such a low review score, because it works perfectly! I have sold over $15,000 of digital products using this app in the last 6 months and have had no problems with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone selling digital products!

Works great and easy to use. Don't even have to think about it once it's set up.

I have this set up on a shop that fulfills physical items, but use this feature to make free PDF downloads available while still gathering emails.

Since I use it to provide free downloads to my customers, my only wish is that for free orders all they would have to provide is name and email address - rather than still going through checkout like regular orders. I think that turns some people off from completing the process.

something is going very wrong today, I can't upload any files and it keeps saying failed to publish.
