Shopify missed the boat here. Many digital creators have multiple files per product and you cannot do that with this product.

Basic app, good because free and no limits, but has its internal limit.
Only a few liquid variable can be added to the mail template and that's a huge set back.
I have been testing this for several days now and I have not experienced any problems. The download emails have never taken more than a minute to show up.
I was wondering if anyone has been able to get access to the attachment URL as specified in the email template ({{ attachment.shop_url }}) but on the customer orders page?
A great feature to add would be to produce unique keys with the download from a list. This seems like a standard feature on other paid apps but could work so much better if it was integrated with Digital Downloads.
So far this app seems to be working for us. The only issue that we have experienced is not being able to download via an ipad using Chrome.

It started well but then suddenly stopped working. It deleted files and I was unable to upload new ones.

The app worked in the beginning but after it is not fulfilling any order, not providing any link in the checkout and not sending any mail with the lin, I have to do all of this manually. basically is like if the app is not installed. I already tried to modify all the options in the app but nothing works. the app needs to be fix.
Hi. I have been using your app to run my business since Feb. 2021 and it looks like my clients does not always receive their digital goods. It seems like the browser they use does not matter. Is there a quick way to make sure my clients always gets what they pay for using your app ?

i am unable to download this app to my shopify. i left 3 messages and haven't retrieved a response back at all.
