Leider funktioniert die App nicht richtig.
Meine Kunden erhalten die Download-Mail
nur wenn ich Sie manuell auslöse.
Zudem fehlt in der Mail der Downloadlink.
Auch auf der Bestellübersichtsseite werden die Downloads nicht korrekt angezeigt.
Warum funktioniert diese App nicht? Ist grundsätzlich ja sehr simpel aufgebaut.
Support wäre hilfreich.

Läuft nicht! Die letzten Jahre nie pPobleme gehabt und heut, wo die große Eröffnung ist funktioniert es nicht! Digitale Produkte werden nicht versendet und ich hab mehr Arbeit als alles. Deinstallieren bringt da auch nix

Works great and easy to use. Don't even have to think about it once it's set up.

I have this set up on a shop that fulfills physical items, but use this feature to make free PDF downloads available while still gathering emails.

Since I use it to provide free downloads to my customers, my only wish is that for free orders all they would have to provide is name and email address - rather than still going through checkout like regular orders. I think that turns some people off from completing the process.

something is going very wrong today, I can't upload any files and it keeps saying failed to publish.

This app works for us everyday delivering PDF files to our customers. Super easy to use and does exactly what it says!

I needed an app that would show the download option at checkout and that would also send an email with the download link. This app is perfect if you sell digital files in your shop.

I really love this app its amazing Highly recommended.
