What happened to the update file option? How do a replace/update a file now?
On the documentation page you still have the update/replace option but not in the app...
Hi, there. This page was recently updated, but you can still replace a file in the Digital Downloads app by clicking the product you want to edit, and dropping the new file into the drop zone. You can also click “Add files” and the file you select will replace the existing one. This app worked at one time. It doesn't seem to work at all now. Very embarrassing when customers do not receive downloads paid for. Fix it please!

I don't know what happened but all of a sudden everything fails to publish. even a small 10kb photo fails to publish. I have no way to sell products now. Really need this fixed

I am still learning to use it. It works fine but doesn't have many features. I set it up in a few minutes, so I can't complain.
My customers haven’t been able to download the files once they make purchase. This does not make our store look good

Real easy to use.. cant wait to see how it performs on a sale!.... adding the watermarking app too so my images are protected.
The app works, but you can attach only one file (or I haven't been able to find a way to attach more.
I sell digital products with a PDF manual, and it would be nice to have the option to attach more than one file.

Customers are having trouble with the downloadlink they receive. They are often times redirected to the store, which in my case is not possible, since I am running on the Lite subscription (no storefront) what could be the trouble? This has happened too many times now in a short period of time.

In the email template for digital downloads, try changing {{ attachment.shop_url }} to {{ attachment.url }}. It badly misses the ability for users to re-download their files from their account page. It is such a hassle to keep having customers email because they can't access the links or lost the emails. If that would be added the app is definitely more than worthy of 5 stars!
