App doesn't work very well, but when it does its adequate. I tried removing the app, then adding it back into my store, but it 404 errors on the subsequent install.
App doesn't work...don't use it! Not worth the headache and hassle of resending customers the product
Won't even open the App dashboard on Safari. I've cleared all cookies etc, nothing. Waste of time.
NOT working! Promising the setup was, maar it does not what it promises...

Problems, problems, problems. Use the other Digital Downloads apps instead. I changed to one of the other ones and it worked straight away.

I have been trying to add an attachment to the Weekly Achievement Tracker on my website herbeautifulbrand.com and I can not for the life of me find out where to add it. I have looked high and low and it just keeps taking me through an internal loop. Unfortunately, I will be removing this app from my store as it has proven to be useless. Hopefully, this is made easier in the future for store owners.
It doesn` t work. I tried to upload a pdf several times and never works. The link dont refresh and i cant open the link to upload the documents

Since we have already done all of the basic troubleshooting needed and it is still not working, I will go ahead and send this up to our technical team so they can check on what could have happened. Once I have received an update from them, I will immediately send you an email.
Thats the end of story.... This app is not safe fr your store, too many problems without solutions..
Doesn't work. Studied all the tutorials, watched all the videos and nothing helped. It was just an endless repeat of the 'go to product page, turn off channels and save then click add file' page no matter what I did. Total waste of time.

It just simply won't work. It goes in circles over and over again but you can't upload a file or anything at all.

I would recommend first trying to access the app via another browser or device to see if the issue is still present there, and if it is, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the problem.
