Perfecta, es fácil de usar y para lo que necesito es mas que suficiene. Yo regalo PDF o jpeg en mi tienda de Imprimibles digitales.

Y funciona perfectamente, hecho en falta poder customizar el color de el botón de descarga en la parte final del checkout.

Pero me funcina genial.

This app has an error. Unfortunately, after uploading the files, after a while they are deleted (after a few weeks) without any warning. The customer buys the product and does not receive it, as the file is no longer available. I wonder if something can be done.

OHMGSH! There are alot of apps that I download and then delete because they are not compatible with what I am looking for, but this app is everything I need! Its super easy for my customers to purchase and download their party printables and event decor! Thanks for offering this and I hope you all make more like it! BTW never a problem or crash with the app!

Great app overall. Does what it says. Would be great to have it integrated right on the product description page and batch editing functionality would be a huge bonus!

This app needs to only send the download links once the customers payment has been verified. I am losing money because customer put in their credit card details and the link gets sent. I find out later that the payment did not go through but they still get the files. Some people are so dishonest.

I used digital downloads for the first few years my store was open and then switched to an app with more bells and whistles. I have tried out the new version and would like to switch back, but it cannot access orders placed when the app wasn't installed. I process between 30 & 40 orders a day for digital downloads and every day I receive complaints from customers that they have not received the download link. I've been using this app for a while now and find it great. It is simple and does what's required and it's free, so I can't ask for more. The only issue I find is after uploading a pdf, the options are not available immediately but a simple refresh of the page and they are there. Support was great too when I needed help!
