Definitely the best BOGO & Gift App I've found, that helps to drive more sales to our store. It was easy to set-up, has a nice and responsive design and gives us a gazillion possibilities for promotions. Also the support is super fast and efficient.

The app just works perfectly and the customer service is just GREAT! I've been looking for this kind of app for days and this one just work perfectly!

This is an awesome app, that is easy to use. It did not work for the promo I was originally trying to use however the customer service was amazing, despite me messaging them late at night. The promo I was trying to was a little on the complicated side and it not working is no reflection on the app. I was simply trying to do something that it was not designed to do. With that said, I am keeping the app and using it for future promos because of the ease of use, great customer service, and the great integration into my Shopify store. I loved the pop up and it makes it very enticing for a customer to keep adding products to their cart. Which is obviously the goal :)

SImple yet effective app with great support.

At first the app seems to mirror the Shopify discount section features. One distinct feature of this app is that if you want to be able to provide a product Y as free gift when product X is added to the cart, in Shopify alone, both the products X & Y would have to be selected and 100% is then applied to product Y. With BOGO+, product Y is assigned in the app so only product X is required to be added to the cart for product Y to automatically be added too. A simple but necessary shortcut.

There is an option in the campaign to limit showing it to certain customers if a Shopify Tag is selected against those customers. The drawback of this feature is that it is not really useful on its own. The app also needs the feature added that adds a Tag to the customer AFTER a successful purchase via the campaign so that this tag is then used when the customer is returning, to perhaps incorrectly take advantage of the campaign that might have been set up as a one-time Free gift offer to every customer. The creation of the feature to add a Tag of your choice on purchase to the customer would then restrict the campaign being shown a second time to the same customers (if required).

I received great customer service and the app is perfect for what I was looking for! I love the pop up feature and that the items automatically show in the cart as a free gift.

What a great app! The user interface is super easy to use compared to others. I also found the team extremely accomodating with helping with set up - they even went out of their way to customise and fix bugs to ensure the app is compatible with our store. Thanks a lot guys!

Customer Service was very prompt on this app. I had a question about how the BXGX would work and gave my examples of what I needed. They were responsive and said my exact scenario wasn't in their app currently but that they would update it so it worked for me. Fantastic! Within a few days I got a response that it was working. I would highly recommend this app for your campaigns.
