UPDATE: The support the team offers is OUTSTANDING! Got a great custom solution for our shop in no time. Absolutely love this team! Big recommendation to every shop owner out there :) I love the app! Only app in the store that helps you to add a discount code to your drawer. Just send a support request for one little customization, so I will keep you updated on this one :)
Great support, easy to use and very effective! I recommend this for all stores, as Shopify native checkout is not user friendly with coupons.
Very good app, and help desk is excellent. It solves in 1 click an incredible lack of Shopify. A must have.
Apart from this app giving us something that will immediately increase conversion on our site, the support team fixed a problem for us created by another app. They were super quick and friendly. We’ll keep this app for sure. It was easy to install, use, and a pleasure to work with the team

Very good and easy way to display the discount codes on cart page. And also a fast and great support for my questions. 100% recommended!
The app was great while it worked, I even paid for the pro plan. But then on the launch day of my store, several customers said that the code kept buffering (with the spinning wheel) and it wouldn't register. This caused me to lose a lot of sales. I got in touch with support and granted them access to my store and I understand they need time to fix the problem, but I cannot afford to wait and test it out further, because every customer that encounters this problem will abandon cart and it's hard to recover lost sales. I think it's a very useful app, easy to use and looks good, but because it's still in its infancy and a very new app, it requires a lot more testing. I will be glad to re-install it after more people has tried and tested it and it becomes a solid app.
I'm really sorry that you have this experience with our app. However, I would like to admit that we kindly asked you to provide us with a bit more information like customers' browsers, OS and so forth. We didn't get anything from you and we had to enable remote logging and collect some logs for your store.
According to our SLA if didn't provide enough information about the bug we can spend up to 36hrs collecting the information depending on number of visitors.
Unfortunately, to collect all necessary logs, check the issue in different browsers took about 2 working days. All these activities don't require logging into your administration area. We're sending the request for each support inquiry just in case we need to change anything in templates asap.
Easy to set up and customer service was very quick & helpful. It didn't provide me with as many formatting changes as I would have liked but when I emailed them, they implemented the changes for me extremely quickly so im very happy it now :)

Unfortunately, the support team has been slow to assist. I am running ads at the moment so every hour that goes by, I could be losing sales. I have already informed the support team that I urgently needed this installed asap but was just told to wait until the next day. My customers need to be able to enter a coupon within the cart drawer, but when I tried installing the app, 3-4 of the app snippets are being injected causing my customers to see 3-4 fields where they're able to enter the coupon in the cart drawer. This is causing a terrible experience as the duplicated snippets are breaking my website layout and being injected all over the place. After telling the support team, I am still unable to get any assistance. I understand sometimes support cannot help right away, but this is an urgent issue as the app is actually breaking my site and causing it to be unusable.
