Dcart ‑ Discount in Cart

EXTREMELY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We recently ran into some issues with this app which caused quite some challenges on our end. I contacted support and have been extremely impressed with:
1. The speed of their response time. Typically you have to sit around waiting for ages before anyone cares to get back to you. Not these guys! They were super quick to respond and immediately looked into the problem I we presented them with.
2. Their willingness to go back and forth until the problem was eventually solved. Often app developers get very frustrated after going back and forth and pointing out multiple things that need to be addressed. Not these guys! They remained professional and friendly and kept making iterations until the issue was resolved.

Dcart was exactly what my website was looking for! Having discounts show in the cart before a user gets to the checkout is going to be a huge conversion grower. It was also super easy to set up! All I had to do was press a few buttons and boom, it was installed.

I did encounter a bug on initial set up but I was easily able to get in touch with support and they had me up and running in about 24 hours of contacting. Overall, I think Dcart is a great application that every website should consider using!

I started using this app because of a specific issue in my store where customer could not see proper application of discount code. Dcart solved my problem specifically and even when I was facing some issue regarding total numbers being shown incorrectly, I reached out to the support team and Arthur fixed my issue in no time. Never seen such a responsive team. Great job! Definitely recommend this to everyone

Unfortunately, the support team has been slow to assist. I am running ads at the moment so every hour that goes by, I could be losing sales. I have already informed the support team that I urgently needed this installed asap but was just told to wait until the next day. My customers need to be able to enter a coupon within the cart drawer, but when I tried installing the app, 3-4 of the app snippets are being injected causing my customers to see 3-4 fields where they're able to enter the coupon in the cart drawer. This is causing a terrible experience as the duplicated snippets are breaking my website layout and being injected all over the place. After telling the support team, I am still unable to get any assistance. I understand sometimes support cannot help right away, but this is an urgent issue as the app is actually breaking my site and causing it to be unusable.

Absolutely amazing app to add a promo code field to your cart page! The one we used before this one always had issues but this one has been working perfectly. They were also very helpful in editing the design so it aligns with our store. Highly recommend!!!
