Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

We have been searching for an App that gives us the flexibility and control to run our sales campaigns as the standard settings in Shopify were a bit limited.

Discounty has given us that capability, but more importantly they SUPPORT their product. We struck an issue and the Discounty team spent hours helping us work through it. They were super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend the product and most importantly their service. Richard

I had a few issues with my custom theme interfering with the app. Even when it says they are away, I have been getting timely help. Recently Dela helped me and she was quick and wonderful. She even offered to help with my countdown timer, which I had not asked for, but I'm so glad I have it now.

The app and my website theme weren't totally compatible and were both showing the "savings" in the cart (ie: the "savings" under the Subtotal were appearing twice, once from my theme and once from the Discounty App. I spoke with Nareh via chat and had it sorted within a few minutes. This is my first time using this app, but so far my experience has been good.

Brilliant app to schedule my black friday sales. I was having issues with my theme display (not related to this app) but Stella was also able to help me with this, fixing the issue really quickly. I'm really happy with the service and the functionalities - allows you to get organised a lot in advance, which is brilliant for a small business.

Great app and amazing support. Without it, BFCM would have been a nightmare to manage with our 200k products on the site. Highly recommended!
