I highly recommend "Discounty" and the Hengam team. This app was precisely what I was seeking for our Black Friday sales. It enabled us to apply a 20% discount across our entire website, excluding specific products such as bestsellers and essentials.
We encountered an issue just minutes before launching our campaign, and the Hengam team was there at the right moment. Within a few minutes, they responded and provided a solution to our problem. They also improved many things on our cart page / Floating cart.
The app is flawless, and thanks to Hengam, we generated a significant number of sales, making our Black Friday a resounding success! I opted for this app over another one because I already use another app from the same developer: "Notify! Back in Stock/Preorder," and it's perfect.

It's such a good app for shopify stores owners who want to add sales on their stores and the Discounty App staff especially Delaram is very supportive and understandable I highly recommend this app for all store owners.

Uninstalled the app and the discounts have not been removed from our store - we manually have to adjust the prices, we have also been overcharged from the plan price.

To clarify, our 'General discount campaigns' adjust product and compare-at prices. If these are not deactivated before uninstalling the app, discounts may remain active. It appears the app was uninstalled without deactivating your campaign. For resolution, please reinstall our app temporarily, allowing us to access your store and quickly rectify this.
Regarding billing, Shopify apps recurring charges are generated at the start of each billing cycle. It seems that you uninstalled the app after this cycle. We have confirmed no further payments were processed post-uninstallation. Despite this, we recognize the inconvenience caused and are prepared to issue a refund.

This company came to the rescue and really stepped up to the plate at last minute to support my business webpage when another app closed up without notice.

PS: Add the savings feature to the customer checkout screen, this will help the customer see the savings throughout the entire sale process. :-)
One of the better apps we've encountered for managing quantity bulk discounts in store and although we identified a bug with the discounted price not converting into the non-default currency if selected, we raised this to the app developers who debugged and confirmed the issue and got it fixed relatively quickly.
