Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Just wanted to share a quick shoutout... Amazing service from Discounty. We had a small issue with the discount showing on our PDP, so I reached out to support and Sam helped way beyond expectation. Not only did she fix the problem, she even offered ideas for improvements. This is exactly the kind of service every customer hopes for, and thanks to people like Sam, Discounty delivers. Discounty has been an excellent tool for managing and automating discounts. The interface is clean, easy to use, and integrates smoothly with Shopify. Support has been responsive and willing to help with custom discount logic, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommended if you want to streamline your promotional strategy. This app is great if you if you only have one market or if you don't have fixed pricing. Its a quick way to apply and remove discounts but doesn't work if you have fixed prices.
Customer service gets 5-stars though, they are always knowledgeable, speedy, and efficient. Special thanks to Nilou for solving my issue in minutes.

Great app for adjusting prices for sales like Black Friday. We've used it multiple years and works great.

Setting up the other features like the countdown timer and shipping bar was a bit problematic on our theme, since they still don't use the theme 2.0 blocks but after talking to customer support we were able to sort out any issues and adjustments to how it looks.

WOW!!! What an exceptional experience I had this evening! I had the DISTINCT pleasure of working with Pearl to customize a widget on my site. First it needs to be noted that I reached out on chat about 11 p.m. NEVER expecting someone to actually answer but Pearl jumped right on. Not only did she fix my issue but she went above and beyond and customized it in my brand colors! She was super accommodating, respectful, knowledgable, joyful, and just went out of her way to solve all of my issues. I am blown away. You just don't find this level of customer care anymore but you find it with Pearl and Discounty!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I have been using this app on a couple of Shopify stores for sometime now and have no complaints.

I have run into a glitch issue before publishing which they already had a warning for on that page about automatic collections. I got in touch with them and it was fixed within about 10 minutes.

Customer service staff are quick and reliable, shout out to Pearl who has been my main point of contact, always friendly, thorough and helpful.

verry bad, changes all prices to a wrong discount. when you delete the discount and unabled the spp it still shows the discount. need to chsnge it manualy

Discounty is a fantastic app. If you're a store that has a lot of sales I would highly recommend it, as it simplifies the process greatly. rather than having to perform several steps through the main shopify store. Their customer serviced is also great, with Pearl being of great assistance when I had a display error occur with the application.
