I had a simple error that I couldn't figure out. Grace was extremely helpful in fixing the error. Without the prompt customer service, I don't know that my campaign would have been effective. Thank you Grace and the Discounty Team!

If you want to offer massive discounts, you must double-check that you don't have any active discounts, because the customer can duplicate them. Also, once the campaign is created, it cannot be paused. Furthermore, I uninstalled the app and it still affected product prices. Be very careful when installing this app; it's very intrusive.

I downloaded this app thinking I'd have to allow an hour or so to set it up but nope. Pearl got in and set up the discount promo we wanted to run, showed me everything so I can do it myself and yeah, I was quite shocked as usually I'd have to contact someone if I found an app fiddly.
