Works for all your needs. You can create different types of campaigns depending on your specific needs. The support is top notch, once you get past the AI :)) The AI is ok for simple troubleshooting and tutorials, but when you encounter more specific problems, human intervention is key.
I reached out regarding an issue I was encountering with a recent discount campaign that I had just set up and launched, and within minutes Stella was able to spot the issue and give me an easy fix. It was so crucial that this issue be solved quickly, as the newsletter for the campaign had already launched in the meantime, and Stella definitely delivered. She was also very kind and I truly appreciated her help a lot. Thank you again, Stella!
I’ve had such a great experience using Discounty, but what really stood out was the customer support.
