Amazing service. Helped us get our chargebacks way down and Shopify released a hold that they had on over a quarter million dollars from us. Highly recommend this app. Team is super responsive and easy to work with as well!

If a customer files a dispute while the package is in transit, they will automatically refund the customer, which will contribute to your losses and can Aid in customer fraud attempts. Additionally, they won't be able to resolve the issue for you, and you will still be charged the fee.

Hey there,

The service you're referring to is chargeback alerts. This notifies merchants of incoming chargebacks, and by default, enables an automatic refund to be processed to prevent the dispute.

Although it can reaffirm a refund that was already going to happen anyway due to the chargeback, many merchants are willing to accept this because it prevents the chargeback. This of course avoids any potential issues with your payment processor

If chargeback prevention is less important than maximum revenue retention, you can always opt to turn off chargeback alerts and utilize our automated chargeback recovery solution.

dont use this. they will auto refund customers if thier app "thinks" its a "fraudluent charge" had multiple customers emailing us asking why their order got cancelled. unable to receive a clear answer from the support. beware.

Hi there, as we explained via chat, you selected our "Fraud Blocking" feature which uses AI to identify fraudulent orders. Similar to the Shopify fraud analysis, but smarter. You opted to select auto refunds which is not an option that is enabled by default. You could've chosen not to use auto refunding or not to use the fraud blocking service in general. Instead, you chose to leave a negative review.

their staff are so responsive and helpful, app is awesome and easy to use too - the fact that they actually have a responsive and working live chat is a huge plus for me, i love them
