To be honest, it's technical to set it up. But I'm 100% sure these guys know what they are doing and they want YOU to get the best possible performance and customer experience possible. I love the shipping notifications that tracks every dispute and informs customers automatically. I think this app is undervalued. The features are insane and they do work. How this helpful when it basically reports every 4-5 orders as 'high risk' which are not high risk? I can't imagine the damage it would do to a small business if sellers cancel orders based on this app.

It looks like while you used our fraud prevention solution, we only flagged 1/54 orders as high risk. This is:
A) an extremely small sample size
B) a far cry from ...
