I am waiting for over 2 weeks and multiple hours spent with their support to get the refund of their absolut crazy wrong billing. They charged us over 1 thousand usd, but should have charged less than 200. Their support doesnt help. They rip merchants off and dont care about them.
Additionally their app only is able to win 16% of chargebacks. Super BAD!!! REFUND ME
