What is Dlvvr?

Dlvvr is a local on-demand same-day and next-day delivery service for e-commerce stores in Toronto.

Currently, we can service Toronto businesses that are within 10 km from Yonge-Dundas Square.

We deliver for all types of businesses. For example, fashion, electronics, home accessories, cosmetics, footwear, pet supplies, books, office supplies, eyewear, toys, etc.

We do not deliver alcohol or perishable foods. Please refer to our FAQ for items we do not deliver.

What is the Dlvvr Shopify App?

The Dlvvr Shopify app gives businesses in Toronto the ability to offer local same-day delivery to their customers with a one-click integration.

Once the app is downloaded, you will be able to control which one of your store locations have same-day delivery enabled as well as the ability to set store hours, order prep-time, courier pick-up notes, store contact info, etc.

Dlvvr App Requirements:

To install the app, your store must have Shopify's Carrier Services. Carrier Services is free if you're on:

• An advanced Shopify plan or higher.

OR

• A Shopify plan that is paid annually (10% savings if you switch to annual). You will still need to ask Shopify Support to activate Carrier Services for you.

If you are on a monthly plan, you can still get Carrier Services by paying an additional $20 a month on top of your regular bill — contact Shopify Support to add Carrier Services.

Core Features:

• Offer your customers on-demand same-day/next-day delivery at check-out.

• Dlvvr option will only be shown to customers that are within our coverage zone.

• A dashboard that allows you to track all Dlvvr orders and their statuses. The dashboard will show you all the orders you need to prepare for pickup, orders that are out for delivery, and orders that have been successfully delivered.

• Customers receive a Dlvvr tracking link and can track the Zoomr's progress on a map.

• Orders get auto fulfilled when our Zoomr picks up a package from your store.

• Automatic inventory checks to ensure that the product is available and can be picked up by our Zoomrs.

• Store settings allow you to set order preparation time, courier pickup notes, store contact information in case a courier needs to contact someone at the store, store business hours, holiday hours, and special hours of operation.

• Ability to pause a Dlvvr order if you need more time to prepare

• Ability to offer free same/next-day delivery at a certain cart value.

• Ability to convert a non-Dlvvr order to a Dlvvr order.

• Create Dlvvr orders directly from your Shopify POS.

Notes:

• If a customer places an order after store business hours, a Zoomr (courier) will pick up and deliver the package on the following day.
