The App does exactly what it says and more. The integration was very straightforward and everything else was done by Dodox agents. I was absolutely impressed by the support quality and the extra mile the agents go when handling our support tickets. Highly recommend it as a better outsourcing alternative.

At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after a few days of using Dodox, I can confidently say that it not only reduced the response times but also matched my brand tone quite well.
