Donate Source ‑ Charity Widget

I reached out to the Donate Source customer service and got incredible service. No only was it fast, but they understood what I needed and took care of it right away. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs help with donations!

We've used this app for a couple of weeks now. We were previously collecting donations via Shopify's tipping functionality which had several key limitations. By using Donate Source we have been able to bring in more donation income than before. The set up was straightforward, and the customer support team were on hand to help us out. In fact, they helped us co-ordinate the deployment across our current theme and the next-in-line deployment. They've also been on hand to help with additional styling and format changes. They've been absolutely great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone.

Donate Source app has been up and running for a week now. We have already received higher amount donations that what our previous donation app could provide. In order to accurately add the donation option to our cart page I needed assistance from the Prezen Apps team which were very helpful, punctual, and detailed in their communication with me.

Was nervous not seeing a sample page before downloading the app. Wasn't sure how it would look or fit into my store. These guys are so awesome. I needed help installing and they were on it. Then I wanted some custom placement and they took care of everything. This is truly what great customer service is all about. They stand behind their app and will help you achieve your goals. I used this app to set up a donation page for my Breast Cancer Awareness campaign and it was just phenomenal. It is very user friendly and the staff was ready and willing to help with anything.

I'm not an HTML programmer, so I needed lots of help in editing the look of the donate-source app on our shopify store. First I got help overnight placing the widget on our cart page, then I had a great chat session after setting up the collaborator situation. 15 minutes later, icon placed in the appropriate place, phrases in all location updated. Great support! I recommend this app to anyone else doing donations. I got additional help moving the widget around on the cart page. The support staff is very responsive. Great team!

The support team was really helpful in getting it setup so that customers can enter a custom donation amount. There were a few hiccups and every time they responded quickly and solved the problem. Our page looks great!
