Works like a charm, absolute must have and awesome support from developer.
Simple to use, Effective. As you can manage chats better on whatsapp, because the customer isnt going to stay the whole day at the website. Recommend it. Redirects directly to whatsapp

I downloaded many whatsapp chats previously, and they werent working properly. But with the dondy whatsapp chat i had no problems with the set up. Its working properly and people can contact me. I can only recommend it for any shopify users!
