With the integration of whatsapp in the Shopify store it will be easier to interact with customers and that generates total trust from your customers I recommend it

One thing worth mentioning is that the app's builder was very helpful and friendly. He went out of their way to check in on how the experience was going and to see if there were any ways they could improve it. I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I'm from Portugal
