DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Really great app. Once you have installed Doofinder, you cannot doo without it. It had always worried me how many customers we lost, due to spelling errors, or not knowing the exact description, or not being able to find products by navigating our categories, but now none of this matters. I have seen sales that would not have happened before, i cannot rate Doofinder high enough. Shaun made the initial setup so easy, and phoned me 3 times during my trial period to check how it was going. Great customer service.

This app was a great addition to our website. Very eye opening and in less then a month we saw some conversion. Alistair was great in walking me through the process and had lots of patience as I am not tech savvy lol. Very happy with the results so far.

Shaun helped me set up with Doo finder which has proven a huge benefit so far with our online store. We were experiencing issues where products weren't been found due to mis-spelling etc but since Doo finder our search stats have improved dramatically.
