DOOFINDER Search & Discovery

"I'm about to finish my first month using Doofinder on my website and I'm excited to start the second month. The improvement is clear - it's now much easier for both customers and our team to find products. Jorge at Doofinder was a tremendous help during the setup. His knowledge and patience made everything go smoothly. I'm really looking forward to seeing more positive changes as I continue using it. I'd definitely recommend Doofinder to anyone with an online store for its ease of use and effectiveness.

Having checked out the site search competition, we recently trialed Doofinder and we are now pushing it live on our ecommerce site. As a business we can be quite demanding but Byron was always ready to commit his expertise, time and patience to make sure we were fully confident that Doofinder was the right choice and that we were working with a company that understood our requirements and didn't just see us as a monthly cheque. Byron & Doofinder dealt well with some early technical glitches which bodes well for the future as they remained approachable and solution-focused throughout this trial and configuration phase. We are looking forward to optimising our Doofinder configuration even further going into the busiest part of the year, to make the most of a lightning fast and clearly very intelligent system. Happy to give 5 stars at this stage. If I had to point out one area of improvement, I'd say the reporting is a little sparse in comparison to the competition but excellent core functionality at a responsible price, trumps reporting every time.

Customer service was fantastic, had numerous calls with Byron who was able to guide us through, showing us how to access the stats, the numerous functions of the app, etc. Really easy to set up and a great addition to our bookshop website overall. Hopefully if customers find it easier to find the book they are looking for they are more likely to buy it :)

Starting my second month with Doofinder and it seems to be creating more interaction with our website. The search function is really beneficial both for our customers and internally with staff. Easier to locate products and find what you need quickly when showing customers. Lindsay was great during the onboarding process. She was very knowledgeable and really helped with the learning curve. I would recommend Doofinder to anyone with an e-commerce website with lots of products.

This is a nice addition to our website. We did the 30 days trial and was very happy with the result. Searching for a particular rug design was so much easier now. Worked well with my ecommerce search specialist, Phoebe M. She really took the time to study our site and listened to what was important to us and implemented them. I would highly recommend Doofinder and hopefully get sales results.

I am giving this app 5 stars primarily because of one particular Doofinder support person. His name is Radu and if you are so lucky to have him as your Doofinder liaison, then you have struck gold! If the rest of the Doofinder staff are as amazing as Radu then this is one very lucky company. Radu practically led me by the hand from start to finish during the Doofinder orientation. We explored every awesome nuance of the app. From basic search parameters to the program's comprehensive analytics tools. Now, given that I am not the most up-to-date, erudite fellow around, Radu has to be given full marks for his patience and understanding while teaching me the ins and outs, but he persevered. I've still got more to learn but daily I'm blown away at the advantages I have now have in terms of being cognizant of who is searching for what and from where. This app has great potential and is certainly a game changer for me!

Do you ever run across a product or service which you never knew you needed and once you try it you wonder how you ever lived without it? This is how it was with us and Doofinder. I always thought that a search bar was a search bar, but was I ever wrong! Doofinder takes search to a whole new level and helps customers navigate our 1000 SKU webstore with complete ease. After only a few days it paid for itself with numerous sales that resulted directly from a Doofidner search.

It was super simple to integrate and the few tiny issues that crept up were dealt with immediately by their support staff. Shout out to Lindsay who is an excellent account manager! She did a great job explaining the features and benefits, was totally on top of everything during onboarding and made the whole experience a total joy.

Regardless of the size of your store, I highly recommend Doofinder.
