DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

An excellent addition to our site, has been a great help to our customers. Our site has thousands of products, so needs really useful search functionality to find it all, and Doofinder does that for us perfectly. It has many useful features that we had not even thought about beforehand, that we now cannot do without, such as combining synonym search results, banners, and dynamic reranking to highlight specific products at the top of search results. Also, the redirection to pages on your site that wouldn't come up as a product in the search results is incredibly useful.
Shaun from Doofinder helped us a lot with getting to grips with all the features and was very attentive to our requests for help or information, only a phone call or an email away.

Starting my second month with Doofinder and it seems to be creating more interaction with our website. The search function is really beneficial both for our customers and internally with staff. Easier to locate products and find what you need quickly when showing customers. Lindsay was great during the onboarding process. She was very knowledgeable and really helped with the learning curve. I would recommend Doofinder to anyone with an e-commerce website with lots of products.

This is only my second month with Doofinder installed and I can already see the benefits. There is a lot more interaction on my website, time spent on it has increased and this will all help with SEO. It makes it a lot more user friendly for the customer to navigate their way around too. I have yet to get into all the added features but the guys at Doofinder are incredibly helpful. Liam was by far one of the best agents I have dealt with on any platform.
