DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Such a great app and team behind. We had one question regarding installation and they fixed it instantly. Already converted more users to buyers. A bit pricy for a small shop - so we still need to think about a premium plan.

Sean has been very helpful in setting up the system for me and explaining the benefits in a clear and concise manner as hes aware how busy we are and I appreciated him calling several times until he got through.

The app so far has given excellent results and I look forward to trying it out over the coming months and comparing the data to previous periods.

I was reluctant to get this app but after the 30 day free trial and the amazing step by step input that I got from Nicholas , I'm extremely satisfied with the result. The Search bar and filter results are on point. The unique features that they have are amazing and easy. Excellent App and has improved our website dramatically.

Got the email from DOO Finder by some the girl name 'DIANA' and I must say they got a real good employees. I took the 30 days of trial and abolutely love their communication and cooperations and she also managed to arrange a meeting on weekends just to accomodate the customer. I end up buying the Pro plan and DIANA also gifter me 50K searches and their after sales service is also great. Looking forward to work with them for a long term. Way to go

This is a good app, however I only gave a 1 star rating as this did not work 100% as an out the box solution. The app needed to be adjusted slightly in order to work perfectly with our store, and unfortunately the team at DooFinder are unable to offer any type of coding help and I was advised to get an external developer to help.
The app itself is great and has lots of features, however the price for these features in our opinion are very expensive compared to other solutions.
Overall this is a good solution if it works with your store straight away. Its a shame that the 2 minor issues we faced with the scrolling and mag glass could not have been resolved, otherwise we would have used this app for a long time.
Our recommendation would be to try before you buy.
