This was great add-on to the website that helps streamline the search process for our customers. Frame, our representative, was extremely helpful, taking the time to walk us through all the benefits and uses of the App.
Since migrating to Doofinder our conversion rate has gone up significantly - especially thanks to our account manager AlSedik AlMuntaser!
He helped us with fully utilizing the platform to get the most out of it, customizing the search bar to our desire, providing us with suggestions on analyzing our stats, and recommending unique ways to use search to better help our customers with their purchasing!
After completing a 30 day trial, I'm definitely impressed with Doofinder. Not only do our search bars look great, but the customer service has been amazing. I also love the metrics provided. I would definitely recommend!
the worst app- this has ruined our search bar during our christmas rush and there is zero help minus a chat bar that just keeps repeating itself. awful service and has now costed us thousands of dollars

We just finished the trial and converted to DooFinder full time. It really helped with navigation on our website which converted into sales. The info we pulled from using it was fabulous as well. Nicole was great through the entire process. Highly reccomend.

Great search tool app.
Running Doofinder on our site. They have helped with our search functions by allowing SKUs on the search tiles and allowing us to customize our top products. Extremely useful for our site because we have over 800 SKUs.
There were the usual teething troubles at the beginning of the project, but that's to be expected as I sell one of a kind pieces. HOWEVER as a search it is very impressive. Went enterpise as need collections shown too. Big shout out to Byron for guiding me to the perfect search bar for antique jewellery. He is the real gem!
