The search bar wasn't even on my radar and a place to increase conversion rate. This app not only helped with our conversion rate but it also shows missed opportunities. Customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend.
So far so good; Seems like it has some good features that will be very helpful once I can dig into applying them to our site.
