Just had the app installed. still no change on products or cart... please help.
NOT HUMAN - despite the fact that my Instagram account was blocked and I kindly ask the team to provide me a couple of days more of free trial as I couldn't run more ads, they refused and didn't show any empathy.
compared to all the other app providers who accepted.
disappointed by this lack of compassion.
I'm sorry we couldn't help you more in this case and we do sympathize with your situation. We offer 30 days free trial (double than most apps on Shopify) and on top of that we also offer a free plan to which we see that you have moved to.
We do try and help our merchants as much as we can, for example by offering our app for free to merchants while their store is in development.
You were not charged for our app at all while using it for free for 30 days with all its features and we don't appreciate at all you calling us "not human". That is totally uncalled for. Also it hasn't been easy for us either in the past couple of months, our business has also been negatively impacted.
Well it doesn't work unless you upgrade. If you don't you have to accept that the price will be displayed in a funny way, it will contain the currency code and symbol, and cannot choose to display one of them. So it will look like this: CAD$ 100 Canadian Dollars!
Good bust the prices is expensive :(
There's no way to contact help support to make sure this app is running properly. There's no real instructions to set this up. So when I installed it, I assume that it's already up and running. Not clear at all
I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone! After the initial setup, it appeared to be working fine. After watching customer replays it was showing three different prices from the product page, to the cart, and then another different at checkout. As you can imagine this deeply impacted conversions as customers were just flat out confused and concerned. I contacted support 3 times and never heard back, absolutely unacceptable for an app that claims to have prompt response times!
Simply can't understand why the icons are placed in the header bar - if the currency converter menu are to be moved around then it's on possible to do when following the guides insert "theme.liquid" div class="doubly-wrapper" - this is not working in brooklyn theme.

Does not change the currency of checkout page; it returns to its default currency. you'd better double check.
No support since 3 days
This app is not converting japanese yen correctly.
