After Further clarification, I realized the issue was based on a misunderstanding from my side, not the app itself. however, you can always contact them through their email which is shown in the privacy policy and the reason is from Shopify dashboard that it's not shown anywhere on the app page.
I'd like specifically thank Mrs. Mihai Dragan for her transparency, professionalism and quick responses throughout. She was very helpful in clarifying everything.
to be fair, I've kept my original review and updated it instead of deleting it.

This app is really helpful for those who want to sell products overseas. When I have a problem with an integration with a search app, the support team responded to me quickly and the problem was organized. You don't need to have any special knowledges. The support team will do everything for you!
