This app is randomly showing super high prices in euros to european customers, a 70US$ product is being shown as 5744 euros. I wrote to their support a couple of months ago and they never replied, then the error dissapeared and now is happening again. Stay away from this app.

it's not working properly it shows that its disbaled but sill i have to pay 10$ every month and there is no proper way to disable it..if there is any support kindly help me solve my issue
We’ve offered a full refund for the last 2 months. After uninstalling the app, you are still charged for the current billing cycle and that’s why it appeared on the bill. You should no longer be charged in the future, however if you experience any issues please do let us know and we apologise for any inconveniences this might've caused.
They keep charging me even after uninstalling it. So horrible! They never responded to my email.
Hello, we're very sorry that initially it took us longer to respond, it was right after the holiday period and we had a lot of support tickets to respond too. The app entered a new billing cycle before you uninstalled it and that’s why you were charged. We offered you a refund for the past 2 months and also app credit for another month to make up for the delay in the response. Thank you for your understanding!
At the beginning it was showing just 2 currency even if i payed for it. Then I mailed them and they said it was working. Then it started to not work again, I realized that the app was not working since months because someone warned me. I disabled the app and I asked a refund and they said I have no proof for that and they won't make a refund.
The currency is not getting updated while checking out, missed out so many international orders, also did not update us personally if there's anything you wanted us to update in our Privacy Policy.
I really wanted to use this app, but it keeps giving my customers errors and i've tried contacting support and no one has responded.

Worthless service! I installed this app and some things needed to be changed, so I contacted them. They asked me to give permission, which I did. THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORING ME FOR WEEKS AND I HEAR NOTHING AFTER CONTACTING THEM SEVERAL TIMES.
BAD APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We actually lost hundreds of dollars in refunds as this app often will incorrectly convert prices (always lower) that the actual price. Customers purchase and then are extremely angry about being charged more. We've reached out 5 times to get it "fixed". Never was.
