BEAST Currency Converter

Don't have a good feature it doesn't shown in my website...

I need help.
Very confused as to what i need to do in order to make this thing work. Can we figure it out together?

Every single time I install this app on one of my stores , Ihave the same exact problem. The converter does not convert. I am obliged to call support and even then sometimes it still doesn't work.

At first it was working fine
however after today my page is stuck in
Dollar and I can't set it back. Tried deleting the app
and that didn't help either

Mostly time working good but some time not working issue i was facing my settings and evry thing is ok but some time im in Saudia that time when i open my store currency showing off uae based and this is not good because we but a plan that was to much costly and still we facing issues that's very bad

I'm not satisfied with this app, first the FAQ can hardly be called that as it just shows 2 instructions. Support team can only help with technical issues not design issues e.g. station the converter in 1 place on your homepage, instead it floats with you through everywhere you scroll. Also replies come quite late however this could be due to a time difference..?

ok, it has a lot of good reviews but after having the app installed for the last week and using the paid version I have noticed on multiple devices that it doesn't auto-convert the currency which is the whole reason iv upgraded :/ it's also very laggy and has slowed my site load time!!! I will be looking else were soon

put my prince in 0 euros, and a cient try to bought with this price. How i can proceed now? I lose my money.
